Tracing God's Providence From the Renaissance to the Second Advent

This workshop is hosted by the Education Department of the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification (registered charity 267917)

This workshop will look in some detail at the developments of the last 400 years to trace God’s providence and why it was able to develop in some countries but not in others. By unpicking the way the Enlightenment unfolded in different countries it is possible to understand the events of the 20th century in particular the rise of fascism, Nazism and Communism. 


This workshop will take place over two weeks between Monday 19th April and Friday 7th May:

Week One
Monday 19 Apr
Tuesday 20 Apr
Thursday 22 Apr
Friday 23 Apr

Week Two
Monday 3 May
Tuesday 4 May
Thursday 6 May
Friday 7 May

Each session will be between 18:00 and 20:00 BST.

There will be a coffee break in the middle, and at the end there will be an additional hour for questions and discussion.
