Join us on 21st and 22nd June at the 2025 Annual Gathering Festival for inspiration, worship, and community!
The event is free to attend starting Saturday with several activities and ending on Sunday with dinner after a morning filled with inspiration from the worship service. All are welcome to join us in the beautiful English countryside!
This year, we have changed the way registrations work a bit - you can now register as a family or as a group! To help us better prepare for the events and have an idea of what will be needed, please register as soon as possible. This way we can also ensure there will be enough food for everyone if you do plan to purchase a meal. See more below!

Please note that camping at Cleeve House will be £15 per person, with a maximum of £30 per family. (Cash and card payments will be accepted on-site.)

Please note that toilets and bathrooms are accessible for campers inside the house, but the kitchen will be out of bounds (closed).

To ensure that the Cleeve House catering team prepares enough food for everyone, please indicate how many portions you will purchase on the day for each meal. Cash and card payments will be accepted on-site.
Please note that the kitchen will be closed to the public during the Annual Gathering Festival. Unfortunately, the Cleeve House catering team won't be able to provide Gluten Free and Vegan options at this time.
